Description¶
Cursed areas are plagued by dark magic, but you can cleanse the area if you locate the Cursed Symbol and destroy it. You can do this by shooting it, burning it or hitting it with your melee weapon. There are three cursed areas in East Anglia.
Cursed Area #1¶
This cursed area is located north of Colcestre. You’ll need to enter into the cave, then move the moveable shelves to reveal the cursed symbol hidden behind the wooden door. Destroy it to cleanse the area.

Cursed Area #2¶
This cursed area is located north of Sancta Maria’s Abbey. When you approach the giant tree, you’ll find that the cursed area is in a cage high up in the branches. You’ll need to gain height by climbing up the surrounding trees to then be able to shoot the cursed symbol in the cage. There are some arrows nearby if you need them.

Cursed Area #3¶
This cursed area is just northeast of the Epinga Forest marker. The cursed symbol is nestled at the center of the tree’s branches and can be shot down easily.
