It’s worth noting that two of the areas you can also potentially discover - Ratnook Hill and the Tranquil Riverbend - might be somewhat difficult for some parties in Chapter 1 (significant min-maxing and knowledge of the game system may be required to win at this point in time). Peruse them if you’re curious to see how you stack up.
As usual, many of these areas can be discovered randomly, and there’s no guarantee you’ll discover them when following the given directions. If that’s the case, you’ve no choice but to skip them, level up, and try again. Save regularly on the world map to avoid wasting time futilely traveling to areas that may not be discovered. If you can’t be bothered with this expedition and want to try your luck with the Stag Lord, skip ahead to the Stag Lord’s Fort section.
