Talk to Nazrielle in your Kamelands village and accept her offer to work for you, (left), then construct Nazrielle’s Weapon Shop in your Kamelands village. (right)

To start this quest you must first claim the Kamelands and found a village there. Once done, travel to your village in the Kamelands and you’ll find an elf named Nazrielle. Talk to her and she’ll ask for your patronage, which will offer her political protection and the resources necessary to do what she really wants to do - craft weapons of exquisite lethality. Sounds like a win-win. Agree to her offer to recruit her as an artisan, starting and completing the quest Patronage in one conversation.

Reward: For recruiting Nazrielle
600 XP

Be sure to build Nazrielle’s Weapon Shop in your Kamelands village at the earliest opportunity, as doing so will start Nazrielle crafting her first item for you, and will set the quest [Nazrielle’s Greatest Creation] in motion. For information about her services as an artisan, check out [her artisan page].

At the mansion of the Swordlord Jamandi Aldori, adventurers have gathered, lured by the promise of dominion should one of them conquer the nearby Stolen Lands and oust its current overlord - the Stag Lord. You are one such adventurer, and Jamandi’s offer isn’t just a benevolent call-to-arms to make the Stolen Lands safe for normal folk, there’s political angles to its conquest, and the ultimate allegience of its new ruler. More than that, however, a sinister, primordial force has her own interests in the Stolen Lands, and a desire to see new rulers rise… and fall. The Pathfinder: Kingmaker guide includes a full walkthrough of the game’s main campaign, including various side quests, companion quests and strategies.
