Description¶
This page offers a guide on the fifth episode in Bianco Hills. This is the second boss fight episode in this world.
Reaching Petey Piranha¶
First off, you’ll once again need to head down the brick path to Windmill Village. As you arrive, you’ll notice that there’s a lot of graffiti goo around. Head to the back of the village near the cliff and clear the goo to reveal a Pianta who was stuck in the goo. Wash him off using your water shooter and speak to him. He will launch you up onto the cliff behind. You’ll need to make sure you are speaking to him at the right angle so that he chucks you in the right direction.
Once up on the cliff, climb up the steps to the top where you’ll find a lot more goo and some Poinks. When you have your water shooter activated, the poinks will fly over and attack themselfs to the nozzle, and when you shoot water it’ll fill them up and they’ll go flying off like balloons. You’ll need to aim and shoot one of the water filled poinks at Petey Piranha who’s sleeping on a platform up ahead. When you hit him, he will awake and you’ll need to fight him a second time.
Use the poinks to hit Petey the Piranha with water! And you can only do this using R not ZR.
The Return of Petey Piranha¶
Petey Piranha will fly over to Windmill Village and you’re job is to shoot water at him to make him fall to the ground. This is definitely easier said than done, but essentially you want to be climbing up onto the rooves and the tops of walls so that you can shoot water directly at him. When you’re successful in this, you’ll then need to hop down and fight him on the ground. Like in the previous fight, he will open his mouth to shoot out goo and during this couple second interval, you’ll need to shoot water straight into his mouth to fill his belly up. Sometimes, he will also spawn tornados that will damage you upon impact. Then, like before, you’ll need to jump and groundpound onto his stomach to do damage. You’ll then need to do this two more times to defeat him for good. The hardest part of this fight is shooting him down and making sure you get to him in time to shoot water into his mouth. When you’ve defeated him, a Shine will spawn nearby.
