This is the only level available in Honeyclimb Galaxy. Honeyclimb Galaxy is unlocked with 42 Stars.
Bee Mario¶
Bee Mario is back! You’ll land on a platform with a Bee Mushroom in front of you. To scale the sticky honeycomb hexes you’ll need to transform into Bee Mario. Whilst he is Bee Mario, you’ll be able to fly by holding or tapping A/B. You only have a limited amount of flight power, so you’ll have to be careful not to run out. Once you land on a platform or a sticky hex, the flight power wheel will recharge. Mario will lose his Bee form if he touches water.
The first time we saw Bee Mario was in Honeyhive Galaxy!
Sticky Wall - Part 1¶
On the first section of Honeycomb wall, you won’t come across any enemies. You can leisurely fly from one hex to another. A few hexes up, you’ll come across a Golden ? Coin. Fly through it and some moving honey hexes will appear. Use them to scale the wall further. When you’ve reached the top, take the Star Launcher to the next area.
Sticky Wall - Part 2¶
On this sticky wall, you’ll have to make a short journey from west to east across the honey hexes, whilst avoiding the falling boulders. You can fly quickly past them if you need to. At the end of the path, you’ll find another Star Launcher.
Avoid the fiery boulders as you make your way across the sticky wall.
Sticky Wall - Part 3¶
On this sticky wall, you’ll have to watch out for Mandibugs as you make your way north towards the top of the wall. They will charge at the hex in front, you can easily avoid them by waiting for them to charge then move past them as they reset, or you can fly quickly past before they get you. This sticky wall has lots of bugs but just keep going up and you’ll get to the Power Star!
