This page offers a walkthrough of the Giant Eel Outbreak level in Drip Drop Galaxy. This is the only star in this galaxy.
This galaxy is unlocked when the Hungry Luma outside of the Kitchen dome. You will need to feed him 600 Star Bits. Once you have fed him 600 Star Bits, you’ll unlock Drip Drop Galaxy. You can take the Star Launcher outside the Library Dome to the galaxy.
Defeat the Eels¶
Once you arrive on the planet, a big Penguin will ask you to defeat the Eels in the water so that they may fish again.
There are 3 Giant Eels to defeat. You will need to use the shells and you can pick them up by pressing Y. Before you throw the shell, you’ll need to swim up close to one of the eels. Then, press Y again to release the shell into the eel. The red shells are better because they are like homing missiles and will help with landing a shot against the eels.
Use the shells to defeat the eels!
Whilst your main goal is to defeat the eels, you’ll need to watch out for the Torpedo Teds who will chase after you to hit you. You can use the shells or guide the Torpedo Teds into the various chests dotted around the area. The chests will hold different things, such as Spiny Cheep-Cheeps and 1-up Mushrooms.
Once you have defeated all 3 Giant Eels, a Power Star will spawn above the sunken ship.
Defeat the 3 Giant Eels to earn a Power Star.
