Description¶

This level is available when there is a Daredevil Comet in the orbit of Deep Dark Galaxy.

Kamella Daredevil Fight¶

This Daredevil fight is exactly the same as the fight in The Underground Ghost Ship. The big difference is that you cannot take any damage in this fight. This means you’ll need to be extra careful, but the strategy to defeating her is still the same.

She will shoot out fire balls and green shells. Your goal is to grab the green shells and chuck them back at her! The best way to do this is to jump and then throw the shell in her direction. She often disappears and pops up in new areas so watch out that you don’t throw your shell too late.

Watch out for her fiery blasts! You can’t take any damage.

When you successfully hit her twice, she will move up to the crow’s nest. Use the pole to climb up to the crow’s nest. Here, you’ll find that she has spawned in two Magikoopas. These will shoot out fireballs, so you want to make sure you take them out quickly as the crow’s nest will be overwhelmed with fireballs. You’ll need to hit Kamella with two more green shells to defeat her for good. Upon her defeat, a Power Star will spawn.
