This page offers a guide on how to get the The Golden Chomp hidden star during the Gusty Garden’s Gravity Scramble level in Gusty Garden Galaxy.
Collect the Golden ? Coins¶
To grab this hidden star you need to destroy the Golden Chomp, but to do this you need a Rainbow Star. You can obtain a Rainbow Star by collecting all 5 of the Golden ? Coins. They spawn consecutively, meaning you need to grab the first coin before the second spawns and so forth.
You’ll need to grab all 5 coins to earn the Rainbow Star power up.
The first three are available in the sky during your Floaty Fluffs journey. You’ll need to maintain a good height in order to reach all three, so time your boosts well! The next one is available when you defeat the Piranha Plant on the second planet and spawn a Sproutle Vine. Then, on the upside of the next planet, you’ll find your final coin. Grab that and then defeat the Piranha Plant to spawn a Sproutle Vine. At the end of that vine, you’ll find a Rainbow Star and a Launch Star.
Destroy the Golden Chomp¶
When you’ve landed on the new planet, quickly run through the Boulders and Spiky flowers to get to the Golden Chomp. Remember, you only have a limited amount of time with Rainbow Star powers so don’t linger! When you’ve run into the Golden Chomp, a Power Star will spawn.
