Spirit Ashes are used to summon powerful beings to fight with you and this page will explain where and how to find all Spirit Ashes in the Liurnia of the Lakes region of Elden Ring. There are twelve ashes in total here, but only eleven can be found within the Liurnia of the Lakes region. The twelfth (Stormhawk Deenh) is located at the Chapel of Anticipation, directly west of Stormveil Castle, but you’ll need access to Liurnia before you can reach it.

All Spirit Ashes Locations in Liurnia of the Lakes, Elden Ring¶

Page Ashes¶

The Page Ashes can be found on an altar located within the Cliffbottom Catacombs, southeastern Liurnia of the Lakes. You’ll need to go to the bottom of the crypts and then up a ladder at the western side. The Page Ashes are guarded by an ogre, so be cautious as you ascend. This one summons the spirit of a page who travelled at the side of the noble he served. Uses a piercing sword and crossbow to defend the player.

Latenna the Albinauric Ashes¶

The Latenna the Albinauric Ashes can be found on the corpse of a wolf beside the Slumbering Wolf Shack, accessed after defeating the Bloodhound Knight in Lakeside Crystal Cave. Head outside to the south, then turn east to spot the wolf on the ground in front of the shack. This spirit inflicts magic damage with their bow, but they’re rooted to the place where they’re summoned.

Black Knife Tiche¶

The Black Knife Tiche Spirit Ashes can be looted from Alecto, Black Knife Ringleader boss at Ringleader’s Evergaol. The ashes summon a spirit who attacks with their black knife. More suited to single-target fights.

Glintstone Sorcerer Ashes¶

The Glintstone Sorcerer Ashes can be looted from the Spirit-Caller Snail at the Road’s End Catacombs, located in the western part of Liurnia of the Lakes. The ashes summon a sorcerer which primarily inflicts magic damage of the Glintstone school.

Raya Lucaria Soldier Ashes¶

The Raya Lucaria Soldier Ashes can be looted from a chest in a hidden room of the Road’s End Catacombs. You’ll need to hit a wall to dispel the illusion and gain access to the room. Inside you’ll find a number of Jade Goblin enemies who can quickly overwhelm you, but nothing too difficult if you’re cautious. The ashes summon the spirit of 3 Raya Lucaria soldiers.

Skeletal Bandit Ashes¶

The Skeletal Bandit Ashes can be looted from the Tibia Mariner who can be found west of the Jarburg Site of Grace in eastern Liurnia of the Lakes. This is a similar boss fight to the first tiem you encountered the Tibia Mariner in Limgrave. The ashes summon the spirit of a skeletal bandit which inflicts decent area of effect damage, but can also be useful against single-target enemies.

Land Squirt Ashes¶

The Land Squirt Ashes can be looted from a grave site north of the Gate Town Bridge Site of Grace in eastern Liurnia of the Lakes. The ashes summon the spirits of 3 Land Squirts, and the summoning consumes health points rather than focus points. The Land Squirts can inflict decent area of effect damage when they explode, so they’re useful for large groups of weak enemies.

Avionette Soldier Ashes¶

The Avionette Soldier Ashes can be looted from a grave site in the depths of the Schoolhouse Classroom in Raya Lucaria Academy. You’ll need to use the rotating elevator to reach the bottom of the area, then jump off to the graveyard. There are some reasonably powerful skeletal enemies here, so you should be cautious. The ashes summon two highly mobile avionette soldiers who wield scythes. They’re also capable of performing dive bomb attacks from the air.

Marionette Soldiers Ashes¶

The Marionette Soldiers Ashes can be looted from the graveyard at the Church of the Cuckoo in Raya Lucaria Academy. The ashes are located on the other side of the bridge on the edge of a small cave overlooking the graveyard, which is guarded by two soldiers. The ashes summon two Marionette Soliders who primarily use bows, useful for crowd control but also sustained damage on a single-target.

Twinsage Sorcerer Ashes¶

The Twinsage Sorcerer Ashes can be looted from the Cemetery Shade at Black Knife Catacombs. This is a fairly easy fight, but you’ll need to deal with some additional enemies at the same time. The ashes summon the spirit of a Twinsage Sorcerer, an elite of the Raya Lucaria Academy who specialises in Glintstone Cometshard and Crystal Burst sorceries.

Albinauric Ashes¶

The Albinauric Ashes can be looted from graveyard south of Behind Caria Manor, in the northern part of Liurnia of the Lakes. The ashes summon two Albinauric spirits, wielding ripple swords. Note that you can only access this area after completing the manor and defeating Royal Knight Loretta.

Stormhawk Deenh¶

The Stormhawk Deenh Spirit Ashes aren’t technically located in Liurnia of the Lakes, but you’ll need access to Liurnia before you can reach their location at the Chapel of Anticipation. This chapel is located on an island directly west of Stormveil Castle, and it’s the same area where you first encountered the Grafted Scion.
