All Talismans in Miquella's Haligtree

By
Ben Chard

In Elden Ring, you’ll find a wide range of Talismans (accessories) that can either be found in the field or received as a drop from a boss or enemy. This page will show you where to find all the Talismans in the Miquella’s Haligtree region.

How Many Talismans Are There in Miquella’s Haligtree?

There is a total of four Talismans to be found in the field in Miquella’s Haligtree and you must choose between the final two as a result of Millicent’s Quest.

All Talisman Locations in Miquella’s Haligtree

Talisman Location
Pearldrake Talisman +2 Climb the ladder near the Haligtree Town Site of Grace and leap to the opposite side.
Viridian Amber Medallion +2 From the Haligtree Town Plaza Site of Grace, head along the roof and jump across the gap before turning around and jumping into the building below.
Marika’s Soreseal From the Prayer Room Site of Grace, head along the path and use the arch to access the path with the Erdtree Avatar. Run down to the south end and drop to the roof of the building on your right, then again to the door (requires a Stonesword Key)
Dragoncrest Greatshield Talisman Follow the roots down from the Drainage Channel Site of Grace to a building. You’ll find two holes, look down carefully and drop to the Talisman.
Millicent’s Prosthesis During Millicent’s final Quest encounter, you must choose to challenge her (red sign)
Rotten Winged Sword Insignia During Millicent’s final Quest encounter, you must choose to aid her (white sign)

Pearldrake Talisman +2

This Talisman reduces damage taken from non-physical sources by 9%.

This will be the first Talisman you can find in Miquella’s Haligtree and you’ll need to work your way down the roots until you reach the Haligtree Town Site of Grace. From here, head through the door to the northwest and down the stairs to find a ladder to climb. Do so and take care of the enemies at the top, then turn your camera to the southeast (in the direction you came from) and leap over to the other side where you’ll find a corpse with the Pearldrake Talisman +2. Beware that you’ll have to deal with a Misbegotten either up here, or down near the ladder.

Viridian Amber Medallion +2

This Talisman will boost your maximum Stamina by 15%.

Continue your descent of the Haligtree roots until you reach the Haligtree Town Plaza Site of Grace. From here, walk out onto the roof to the south and then leap over to the other building and dispatch the three Spirit-Caller Snails. Once defeated, jump across to the rooftop to your right then turn the camera to the northwest (in the direction you came from). You should see a building you can leap to just below your current position, do so and dispatch all enemies before opening the Chest at the back of the room containing the Viridian Amber Medallion +2.

Marika’s Soreseal

This Talisman increases Mind, Faith, Intelligence, and Arcane by 5 while increasing the damage you take by 15%.

This is one of the best Talisman’s in the game for magic users and one of the high-ticket items to find in Miquella’s Haligtree. Make your way to the Prayer Room Site of Grace and ensure you have at least one Stonesword Key on you. Leave the room via the northeast door and drop down to the roof on your right. Drop to the northeast now and defeat the enemies here and then continue along the northeast path until you can jump to the pillar on your right.

Use this to jump down to the long path where an Erdtree Avatar patrols and then quickly run to the southern end and leap to the roof on your right. You can then drop off this roof and use the Stonesword Key to gain access and claim Marika’s Soreseal.

Dragoncrest Greatshield Talisman

This Talisman reduces all physical damage taken by 20%.

This is one of the better defensive Talisman’s in the game, and you’ll need to progress until you reach the Drainage Channel Site of Grace before getting your hands on it. From here, leave via the eastern door and use the roots to reach the archway and head up it to the southwest to find more roots you can climb on to. Follow these to the roof of the building and you’ll come across a hole (ignore the second one, this leads to your death) where you can drop down and then leap over to the raised area to the southwest. Defeat the Pests here and then open the chest to loot the Dragoncrest Greatshield Talisman.

Millicent’s Prosthesis and Rotten Winged Sword Insignia

The Millicent’s Prosthesis Talisman boosts Dexterity by 5 and increases the damage of successive attacks.
The Rotten Winged Sword Insignia greatly increases the damage of successive attacks.

You’ll have to make a choice for the final Talisman in Miquella’s Haligtree, there is no way to obtain both in a single playthrough. You must progress Millicent’s Quest to the final step where you can find her by heading through the west door at the Drainage Channel Site of Grace and taking the ladder up. From here, you can head right and then left again (when you’re higher) to find a root leading to a small pool of Scarlet Rot.

If this is your first time here, you’ll need to defeat the Tree Spirit here first and refresh the area before you’ll spot two summon signs on the southwest edge of the area. If you use the white summon sign to aid Millicent, you’ll have to defeat her sisters and as a reward, you’ll obtain the Rotten Winged Sword Insignia Talisman. If you select the red summon sign to challenge her, you’ll have to defeat her, after which you’ll obtain the Millicent’s Prosthesis Talisman as a reward. Note that you could have obtained Millicent’s Prosthesis earlier if you decided to kill her after meeting her at Dominula, Windmill Village in the Altus Plateau. The quickest way to get both Talismans in this case would be to aid her in your initial playthrough and then kill her in the Altus Plateau on a New Game+.
