How to Find Forest Lookout Tower¶

The Forest Lookout Tower can be found southwest of the Bridge of Sacrifice. To reach this location, you’ll need to follow the road near the Bridge of Sacrifice Site of Grace south, past a sacked caravan, beyond which you’ll reach a fork in the road. If you turn south you’ll be on your way to Castle Morne (you can find the Castle Morne Rampart Site of Grace to the south, along with a Nomadic Merchant), but to reach the Forest Lookout Tower you’ll need to turn north at a fork until you find the South of the Lookout Tower Site of Grace. This Site of Grace can be found on a rock past a pond. To reach the Forest Lookout Tower from here you’ll need to make your way northeast up a hill, then turn northwest.

How to Complete Forest Lookout Tower¶

As you head uphill through the forest near the Forest Lookout Tower, be wary of pink Poison Flowers littering the forest floor. This particularly lethargic breed of Poison Flower prefers to remain stationary, releasing poisonous spores anticipatorily when enemies approach. Think of them as landmines and simply avoid them - they’re not worth the effort to clear.

Approach the base of the tower and you’ll find a campsite where two Zombie Dogs and an Undead Soldier can be found. Kill them and climb the wall to the northwest, get past another Undead Soldier fond of throwing Fire Pots, then enter the tower and climb up some ladders.

Ascend to the top of the tower and dispatch a third Undead Soldier, this one manning a ballista in the hope of preying on Demi-Humans to the south. Loot the chest nearby to obtain the Hand Ballista, a potent crossbow with a hefty Strength requirement. Other than a scenic view, this location has little else to offer.
