All Talismans in Crumbling Farum Azula

By
Ben Chard

In Elden Ring, you’ll find a wide range of Talismans (accessories) that can either be found in the field or received as a drop from a boss or enemy. This page will show you where to find all the Talismans in the Crumbling Farum Azula region.

How Many Talismans Are There in Crumbling Farum Azula?

There is a total of four Talismans to be found in the field in Crumbling Farum Azula and one Talisman that can be acquired as part of Quest progression for Alexander the Iron Fist.

All Talisman Locations in Crumbling Farum Azula

Talisman Location
Pearldrake Talisman This small area where this is located can only be accessed by using an Imbued Sword Key on the lowest portal of the four Belfries in Liurnia of the Lakes.
Shard of Alexander During Alexander’s final Quest encounter
Dragoncrest Shield Talisman +2 On a cropse resting on a platform in the north of the region, between Dragon Temple Lift and Dragon Temple Rooftop.
Old Lord’s Talisman From the Beside the Great Bridge Site of Grace, go up the stairs onto the bridge and head directly north until you reach a balcony with a ladder on its southern side. Take the ladder down and then turn east towards the room with an ornate chest in its center.
Boltdrake Talisman +2 From the Dragon Temple Rooftop Site of Grace, head down to the dragon, drop down to the left of it and use the building to double back on yourself to find a linear path to this Talisman.

Pearldrake Talisman

This Talisman reduces damage taken from non-physical sources by 5%.

You can actually obtain this long before you gain actual access to Crumbling Farum Azula. On the west side of Liurnia of the Lakes, you’ll reach an area named The Four Belfries where you can use Imbued Sword Keys on portals that will whisk you away to another destination. Use the bottom most belfry and it will take you to this part of Crumbling Farum Azula that cannot be accessed anywhere else, here you’ll find the Talisman.

Shard of Alexander

This Talisman will boost the attack power of your skills by 15%.

To be able to get this Talisman, you must first have progressed Alexander the Iron Fist’s Quest to its final step here in Crumbling Farum Azula. Start at the Dragon Temple Lift Site of Grace and head through the plaza, going up the stairs and to your right to spot a fallen structure you can leap over to. Leap to the one on the left and cross over to the other side where Alexander will be waiting after passing over another fallen ruin.

He will challenge you to a duel, and should you win, you’ll obtain the Shard of Alexander Talisman along with Alexander’s Innards. Should you be defeated in the duel, you can return here and challenge him as many times as you like until victory is yours.

Dragoncrest Shield Talisman +2

This Talisman will reduce the damage taken from physical attacks by 17%.

Start at the Dragon Temple Lift Site of Grace and take it back down and head through the door to the east. Dispatch the enemy to your right and then begin heading down the stairs until you find a part of the railing that is broken. Look down and drop below, following this path east until you see it leading north to another door. Instead, turn to the northwest when you drop down here to spot a small platform that you can leap to and loot the Talisman.

Old Lord’s Talisman

This Legendary Talisman will increase the duration of spells by up to 30%.

To find this Legendary Talisman, start at the Beside the Great Bridge Site of Grace and head up the stairs to the main path. Head along the path to the north and you’ll reach a balcony where you’ll find a ladder leading down to the south. As you take this down, you may encounter Knight Bernahl at the end of the path if you’ve been following his Quest to the end. If so, pull him back towards the ladder and fight him here.

Regardless of whether you defeat him or not, as you approach the end of the path, you’ll need to defeat three enemies in the room at the end. Unless you have a good method of attacking multiple enemies at once, it may be wiser to pull them back individually and try to fight one at a time. Once the area is finally clear of enemies, open the chest to loot this Legendary Talisman.

Boltdrake Talisman +2

This Talisman will reduce damage taken from Lightning attacks by 20%.

The final Talisman in Crumbling Farum Azula takes a little more effort to locate. Start at the Dragon Temple Rooftop Site of Grace and drop off to the northeast and then again and follow the path where you’ll see a large dragon hurtling lightning your way. Ignore the enemies and keep on the move along this linear path and as you approach the dragon (you can strike it a few times to have it retreat) run to the cliff edge to the left of it and you’ll be able to begin dropping down to the northeast.

Make your way to the exterior of the building (still dropping to the northeast) and you’ll be able to drop one final time to an door. Follow this path (defeating the enemy along the way) and climb the ladder, taking the lift up directly in front of you. Follow this path to the west and you’ll find yourself under the area you ran along earlier (towards the dragon). An ambush of three Beastman awaits you at the end of the path, followed by a ladder. Take this to the top, dispatch the eagle and you’ll find a corpse hanging here with the Boltdrake Talisman +2.
