Astel, Naturalborn of the Void¶
Astel is a legend boss that’s found in a secret area reached via a coffin at the waterfall west of Grandcloister site of grace, which is in the southern region of Lake of Rot. This boss is a required boss in the Ranni the Witch questline. Head over to our guide on how to complete NPC Ranni’s questline for more information on how to reach this stage.
When you defeat Astel, you’ll get Remembrance of the Naturalborn, which can be traded with Enia in Roundtable Hold for either Ash of War: Waves of Darkness or Bastard’s Stars.

Dragonkin Soldier¶
The Dragonkin Soldier is a boss fight you’ll find near Worshipper’s Woods in Lake of Rot. You’ll also have possibly fought the Dragonkin Soldier in Siofra River. You’ll want to raise the four platforms around him to avoid the red water that causes Scarlet Rot - you can do this by using a pressure plate east of the Dragonkin Soldier. When defeated, he’ll drop a Dragonscale Blade.
