In Elden Ring, you’ll find a wide range of characters that will share their plight with you, most of these will have Quests that span multiple locations. This page will detail where you can find Latenna and complete her Questline.
You can find Latenna at the Slumbering Wolf’s Shack.
First Meeting - Slumbering Wolf’s Shack¶
Before you set out to look for Latenna, you should first head to the Village of the Albinaurics and complete the short Quest of Albus situated there. Once Albus passes you the Medallion, he will bid you seek out Latenna to discover how to locate the other half.
You’ll have to work for Latenna’s location however, you have to first locate and proceed through the Lakeside Crystal Cave located to the southwest of Liurnia’s lake. You’ll have to access it on the ground level, and once you enter the cavern, you’ll need to make your way down to the bottom and defeat the Bloodhound Knight that awaits at the bottom. With him defeated, you’ll be able to proceed out the back of the cave and reach the Slumbering Wolf’s Shack, be sure to register the Site of Grace here.

You’ll meet Latenna here, looking over the body of her fallen companion and although dismissive at first, remark to her about Albus and the medallion that you have come into possession of. She will change her tune and then ask if you could take her to the Haligtree, saying in return she will give you a clue on the whereabouts of the other half of the medallion. Agree to help her and you’ll get your clue, along with her willingly joining you as a Spirit Ash, Latenna the Albinauric, a useful summon that will aid you in your journey. This may seem like the natural conclusion to Latenna’s Quest, but there is one more step with a useful reward at the end of it.
Final Meeting - Apostate Derelict¶
Once you have found both halfs of the Haligtree Secret Medallion (Fort Haight and Castle Sol), you’ll be able to reach the Consecrated Snowfield by raising this medallion at the Grand Lift of Rold. From here, head to the far northwest edge of the area and you’ll reach the remains of a church by the name of Apostate Derelict. You’ll immediately notice a giant Albinauric against the wall, approach her and you’ll be given the option to summon Latenna. She’ll thank you for honoring your promise and hand over a Somber Ancient Dragon Smithing Stone before returning to your side as a Spirit Ash.
