This page details where to find all spell types in the Stormveil Castle region of Elden Ring, including Sorceries and Incantations. There are only two to be found in Stormveil Castle: the Rancorcall Sorcery and the Aspects of the Crucible: Horns Incantation.

All Sorceries and Incantations Locations in Stormveil Castle¶

Rancorcall (Sorcery)¶

This Sorcery spell can be found near the Liftside Chamber Site of Grace. As you spawn at the site, take the elevator up then head down the steps through the arched doorway to your left. Turn right through here and then keep to the left side of the room as you walk along the broken wooden platform. You can then jump onto the ledge at the end, turning right as you follow it around to two small arches. Jump over through these, then turn right and continue up the steps through the storage room. Turn left at the top of the steps and continue along the left wall until you reach another arched doorway. This leads through a hallway to a room with some sleeping enemies. You can kill these or run by them through the next arched doorway, then turn left and follow the broken path down the rocks. You’ll reach yet another arched doorway at the bottom here. Go through it and then turn right on the other side, keeping to the right wall. You’ll see a single wooden staircase at the bottom here. Take this down and then turn right at the bottom, leading to a broken stone supporting structure. Walk over this (jumping the gap in the middle) to the other side, then jump down to the bottom of this area from the broken wooden platforms.

At the bottom of this area you’ll encounter a number of rats, including one larger than the others. You’ll need to kill at least the larger rat to force the Teardrop Scarab to spawn behind the rat to the south. You can then kill the scarab to obtain the Rancorcall spell.

Aspects of the Crucible: Horns (Incantation)¶

This Incantation can be obtained from the Crucible Knight who roams the hidden area beneath the Rampart Tower Site of Grace. The gif below shows how to find the knight, however this is the easiest part of the journey. The Crucible Knight is a tough enemy who uses devastating melee combos relentlessly. To make this fight even more difficult, its shield will block or negate most magic damage if you hit from the front. A good way to overcome this is by using a spell with a delay before it hits after casting, such as Magic Glintblade, then running behind the Crucible Knight so that its back is exposed to the spell just before it hits.
