Minor Erdtree Church

This area is found just outside the west gate to Leyndell, Royal Capital. Here, you can find a Golden Order seal, which is a sacred seal that can improve/boost the incantations of hybrid intelligence/faith casters.

Sealed Tunnel

The Sealed Tunnel is a seemingly abandoned tunnel next to the west gate into Leyndell. If you hit the dead end walls however, you’ll uncover a secret passage that will lead you to the Divine Tower of Altus.

When you walk all the way into the tunnel you’ll come across what appears to be a dead end with a site of grace. Head right and you’ll find a slightly suspicious wall that you’ll be able to pass through if you walk into it. This will take you into the official sealed tunnel area. At several times through this mini dungeon you’ll find supposed dead-ends - you’ll just need to walk into the walls to reveal them and continue on your journey. At the end of this tunnel, you’ll eventually come across the Onyx Lord who will drop the Onyx Lord’s Greatsword when defeated.

Esgar, Priest of Blood.

Leyndell Catacombs

Leyndell Catacombs is another subterranean area found within Leyndell. To get to Leyndell, you’ll need to first access the Subterranean Shunning-Grounds. From the Underground Roadside site of grace, head southeast into the large area with pipes beneath. Use the pipes to drop down and then head south to find a crack in the wall near the Lobster enemies. The entrance to the catacombs can be found through the cracks.

Here, you’ll find the boss, Esgar, Priest of Blood who will drop the Lord of Blood’s Exultation talisman.

Subterranean Shunning-Grounds

The Subterranean Shunning-Grounds is is an optional area that doesn’t need to be completed to progress with the game. Saying that, you’ll need to come down here if you have any plans on completing Dung Eaters quest line. On top of that, you can fight the optional boss Mohg, the Omen, access a hidden dungeon called Leyndell Catacombs, and the chance to gain some useful items like the Erdtree’s Favor +1, and the Omen’s Bairn. Furthermore, you can gain access to a secret area that leads to one of the game’s endings.

For more information, head over to our guide on how to get through Subterranean Shunning-Grounds - it’s a pretty nasty place!

Queen’s Bedchamber

The Queen’s Bedchamber is an area leading up to the main boss fight arena in Leyndell, where you’ll be able to fight Morgott. Here, you can also find the Blessing of the Erdtree incantation.
