Due to Pokémon Scarlet & Violet being a true open world Pokémon experience, there is plenty to see and discover in the region of Paldea. This page will give you all the details on where to find every trainer within the Asado Desert area.
The Pokemon Rep can be found at the Cascarrafa (North) Pokemon Center.
Asado Desert Trainer Rewards¶
Once you’ve found and defeated at least five Trainers within the Asado Desert, speak with the Pokemon League Rep who can be found at the Cascarrafa (North) Pokemon Center for a reward. Here you’ll receive the 
Earthquake TM which will allow you to teach your Pokemon the Ground 
Type Attack Earthquake. If you’re struggling to find the Trainers in this area, then you can see their locations below:

Start at the Cascarrafa (North) Pokemon Center and dash through the Asado Desert until you reach the exit that leads to Porto Marinada. Here you’ll find Gregorio the Poke Maniac standing out in the open at the top of the hill.

Start at the Cascarrafa (North) Pokemon Center and dash through the Asado Desert until you reach the Watchtower, then continue running west and you’ll find Renardo standing close to the rock.
