Due to Pokémon Scarlet & Violet being a true open world Pokémon experience, there is plenty to see and discover in the region of Paldea. This page will give you all the details on where to find every trainer within the East Province Area 2 area.
The Pokemon Rep can be found at the Levincia (South) Pokemon Center Pokemon Center.
East Province Area 2 Trainer Rewards¶
Once you’ve found and defeated at least six Trainers within the East Province Area 2, speak with the Pokemon League Rep who can be found at the Levincia (South) Pokemon Center for a reward. Here you’ll receive the 
Stomping Tantrum TM which will allow you to teach your Pokemon the Ground 
Type Attack Stomping Tantrum. If you’re struggling to find the Trainers in this area, then you can see their locations below:

Start from the Levincia (South) Pokemon Center and walk across the bridge and you’ll find Cristian the Office Worker standing over to the left of the path.

Start from the Levincia (South) Pokemon Center and walk across the bridge, then continue running along the path to the south and you’ll find Lina standing at the bottom of a small hill.

Return to the path and continue heading west and you’ll find Backpacker Arturo standing over on the right side of the path.

Proceed further along the path and head towards the East Province (Area Two) Pokemon Center and you’ll find Beatriz the Student standing over on the right side of the path.
Trainer Location #8 - Rebeca the Dragon Tamer¶

Cross over to the top portion of East Province Area 2 and climb up onto the large cliff on the left. If you dont have access to climb yet, then you’ll need to defeat Dondozo, the False Dragon Titan which is level 55 Water Type. Once you’ve climbed up you can find Rebeca the Dragon Tamer standing in the center of the area.

From Rebeca the Dragon Tamers location, jump down and sprint east through the area and you’ll find Rosario standing near a tree.
