We’ve found every signboard location in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet: The Teal Mask DLC so trainers don’t have to stress. There’s four in total and serve as a necessary part of the story progression before the Kitakami Festival and right after, so it’s important to get this bit of the game nailed. Here’s all signboard locations in The Teal Mask below in order:
Loyalty Plaza¶
First up is the Loyalty Plaza signboard located northwest of Mossui Town. This will begin the telling of The Loyal Three and Ogre story, which serves as the legend of Kitakami. This signpost will also become a fast travel point once visited.

Kitakami Hall¶
Next, head to the East of Mossui Town, specifically at Kitakami Hall. Just head down Reveler’s Road and across the rocky path. The signpost can be found near the railings at the side of the temple. More is revealed about The Ogre, as well as Kiran’s opinions about it.

Oni Mountain¶
Simply climb up the face of Ogre mountain towards the destination marker to the drop down to the Dreaded Den. After battling Kieran (most level 100 Pokémon will wipe his team out), trainers will go to Kitakami Festival.

Paradise Barrens¶
This final signpost location is in Paradise Barrens, which is quite a distance for trainers to travel in the early game. Either climb over Oni Mountain or head through 
Apple Hills then head north through Wistful Fields to reach it. Once found, this signpost will also serve as the fat travel location for the area.
Kieran will also battle trainers again, this time with a Driplin in his team. Most level 100 Ice, Fairy or 
Psychic attack Pokémon will make quick work of him. This concludes the signpost hunt and allows trainers to start helping fix the 
Teal Mask.
