Renown is an important part of your account progression via granting extra skill points, potion capacity, and paragon points. Most of the time, it requires you to be onto Act IV, or have completed the campaign to access them. You may also need to complete some other side quest content to unlock them. But, don’t worry, as we will have likely stated when you need to have done something in order to grab it.
