Detailed Location

In the Gates of Hell, at the bottom of some stairs is a large corpse, three plaques, and an Empty Altar. The quest only appears after you light up three statues by using the “Cheer” emote in front of them, and the hint on where to find them is in the plaques.

First Statue: At the back (northwestern part) of the Shrine of Terror Event area, northeast of Gea Kul.
Second Statue: Just outside Denshar when leaving via the northwestern road. This can be difficult to find as the statue is destroyed, and only a head remains. It is right near the entrance to Denshar, on your right as you’re leaving the town.
Third Statue: Finally, head to Altar of Ruin, and follow the path north. The statue is a little to the south of the Sepulcher of The Forsworn dungeon.

When you perform the “Cheer” emote on the statues, they will light up which means you’ve found the right statue. Now that all three have been lit, the quest will appear in the Gates of Hell where you found the plaques. Head back there, and accept the quest which will unveil a Mysterious Gateway.

Inside the cave, follow the linear path east until you reach the open area then head north to find a corpse. Inspect the corpse to summon a High Priest Spirit which will send you towards the pillar in the center.

As soon as you damage the pillar, you’ll have to fight off a few waves of demons. One of the waves will have several Elite monsters, so make sure you’re ready for it. Once you’ve defeated the demons, destroy the pillar to complete the quest.

This will take you into a small cave-like dungeon, and you’ll be told to investigate it.
