Diablo IV

Uber Unique List For Diablo 4

By
Craig Robinson

Blizzard has created a few very special and ultra rare items almost all classes can get their hands on, or theoretically get their hands on. Some of these items fall under the term, Uber Uniques, named appropriately by their extremely unrealistic drop chances. Below is a list of all the Uber Uniques in Diablo 4, showcasing what items they are, what they do, and what the drop requirements are.

Diablo 4 Uber Unique List

Here is everything you need to know about Uber Uniques in Diablo 4. Image via Blizzard Entertainment.

In total, there are seven Uber Uniques in Diablo 4, six of them added in the base game, and another added with season 1. There will likely be more uber uniques added to the game as the seasonal content progresses.

  1. "Andariel's Visage" iconAndariel’s Visage
  2. "Ahavarion, Spear of Lycander" iconAhavarion, Spear of Lycander
  3. "Doombringer" iconDoombringer
  4. "Harlequin Crest" iconHarlequin Crest
  5. "Melted Heart of Selig" iconMelted Heart of Selig
  6. "Ring of Starless Skies" iconRing of Starless Skies
  7. "The Grandfather" iconThe Grandfather

If you’re interested in what they do, feel free to mouse hover and tap quickly on mobile devices for the item pop up box to display.

If you want to farm one of these items, then you will need the following requirements to even hope to see one drop for you.

  • Enemy must be level 85
  • They can drop from any source that can drop uniques, i.e. "Treasure Goblin" iconTreasure Goblins, bosses, and "Helltide Chest" iconHelltide Chests when you’re around level 85 too.

This means that you will need to be around level 85 on World Tier 4 for some of the more rarer uniques to drop. You can be lower, if you go into Nightmare Dungeons and have a difficulty that takes enemies higher than level 85. However, these uniques are very hard to come by, with the drop chance on these items even more weighted than the rest of the Diablo 4 uniques in the game. The reason for this is that these items are very overpowered, and so, having them be extremely rare moves them away from the BiS slot for your build, and rather something that you get for you to pop off over. So, if one of these items do drop for you, then, enjoy your crazy powerful item for the season, and then eternal when the season comes to an end.

Its also worth mentioning that when the season is over, any seasonal unique will then move to the eternal pool, and then be present from all season moving forward and the base game too.
