Kehjistan is home to three Strongholds, which range from level 40-45 areas of the region. Players will need to clear these out if they wish to progress their renown level, and get access to other side quests, dungeons, and other features of the open world. So, with that in mind, here’s where to find all Kehjistan Stronghold locations in Diablo 4.

Where to Find All Kehjistan Stronghold Locations in Diablo 4¶

In total, there are three strongholds in Kehjistan:

Alcarnus¶

The Alcarnus is a level 40 stronghold that takes place in the eastern portion of the Kehjistan Region. It can be easily reached by teleporting to the Imperial Library Waypoint and heading east. This Stronghold will require you to destroy three Necrotic Masses and defeat the boss Rashta Reborn. Omath’s Redoubt¶

The Omath’s Redoubt is a level 40 stronghold that takes place in the southern portion of the Kehjistan Region. It can be easily reached by teleporting to the Denshar Waypoint and heading southwest. This Stronghold will require you to investigate the area, then defeat the boss High Priestess Hadar. Altar of Ruin¶

The Altar of Ruin is a level stronghold that takes place to the northwest of the Kehjistan Region. It can be easily reached by teleporting to the Imperial Library Waypoint and heading north. This Stronghold will require you to find a Keystone, then defeat the boss Dark Cardinal Maldul.
