• While defeating Khazra in Kehjistan, there is a chance that one of them will drop a Sealed Khazra Offering, pick it up to begin this Side Quest.

In-Game Description

I found a khazra offering sealed by powerful magic. To open it, I must slay khazra in this area and sacrifice their death anima to the offering.
