With the introduction of the Vessel of Hatred Expansion of Diablo IV, new collectibles were added, with one of the most difficult to find being the Tenet of Akarat Statues. These are the expansion version of the Altar of Lilith Statues, but these won’t give you attribute bonuses, however, they count toward Map completions and give you a Lion Mount for collecting all 30.
Unlike the Altar of Lilith Statues, these are more difficult to find, and you’ll need to solve a small puzzle for each one. Read on to find out where to find all 30 Tenet of Akarat Statues in the Nahantu region of Vessel of Hatred.
Tenet of Akarat Statues are similar to the Altar of Lilith Statues in the original game.

There are six regions in Nahantu, each containing five Tenet of Akarat Statues. The list below is in no particular order, so check out what area you’re in while in-game, and select the region in the table of contents above.
Lingering Hatred Tenet of Akarat Statues¶
1: Flayer Jungle¶
From the Kurast Docks Waypoint, leave the town via the western exit. Follow the path all the way west until you reach the Festering Sink Cellar. Now, take the path south, ignoring the first eastern path, and head east at the second, where you’ll find the Statue in front of a large tree. Interact with the statues in the following order to unlock the Tenet: Left > Right > Center.

2: Blighted Verge¶
Leave Kurast Docks via the southern exit and follow the twisting paths south until you reach the reddish area of the Blighted Verge. Now head southeast until you reach a small chasm with a large tree leaning over it with roots hanging down into the chasm. The Statue will be at the base of that tree. If you’re having trouble finding it, head south from the docks until you reach the long path heading southwest into Travincal, but instead of going there, take the path to your right instead.

3: Yuke-Lih River¶
From the previous Tenet, continue following the path southeast until you reach Yuke-Lih River. Head southeast across the stone bridge, ignore the first path leading east and take the second eastern path instead. The Tenet will be in the corner below the first eastern path at the base of a large tree. Attack the Defiled Shrine to unlock the Tenet.

4: The Sunless Holt¶
Teleport to The Den Waypoint (Mercenary HQ) and exit the area. Now, all you need to do is follow the path west and you can’t miss it. The Tenet will be in front of the leaning tree.

5: Spider Forest¶
From the previous Tenet, head northwest and follow the path until you reach the top. This will take you to Spider Forest. The Tenet will be on the eastern side of the large tree to your west. If you follow the path northeast from the Forge of Malice Dungeon, you may have a better chance of finding it. Interact with the statues in the following order to unlock the Tenet: Bottom > Center > Top.

Seven Stones Tenet of Akarat Statues¶
1: East Spiritcall Forest¶
From the Samuk Waypoint, follow the path north into the Seven Stones region and take the first path east. Continue east until you reach a stream and head north to find a waterfall. The Tenet will be next to the waterfall. Interact with the right statue to unlock the Tenet.

2: West Spiritcall Forest¶
From the Samuk Waypoint, follow the path north into the Seven Stones region. Continue north, past the dungeon, and continue northwest to the top. You’ll find a small ruin housing the Tenet. Interact with the statues in the following order to unlock the Tenet: Center > Left > Right >.

3: Resting Void¶
This Tenet can be found in the far southeast of Seven Stones in a place called Resting Void. The nearest Waypoint is Samuk, so teleport to that. From the Waypoint, head north into Seven Stones and follow the path east as far as you can.
When you reach the eastern wall, head north and then west into Resting Void. The Tenet will be in the cave, against the northern wall. Interact with the statues in the following order to unlock the Tenet: Right > Left > Center.

4: Northwest Nether Valley¶
This is found in the northwest corner of Nether Valley. Nether Valley covers the northern part of Seven Stones, unfortunately, there isn’t a Waypoint near it. Teleport to the Samuk Waypoint and head north into Seven Stones.
The easiest way to find this Tenet is to head as far north as you can, and then hug the wall while heading west. This will lead you to the Tenet, which is in a small area in the northwest corner of the map. Interact with the statue to spawn some Shades of Hatred and defeat them to unlock the Tenet.

5: Northeast Nether Valley¶
Once again, teleport to the Samuk Waypoint and head north into Seven Stones. Head northeast through Flowing Tears (more north than east), and north past the Caverns of the Silent Cries to the east.
Continue north into Nether Valley and follow the northern path to the edge of the cliff, where you’ll find the Tenet. This Tenet is already activated, so all you need to do is attack the vines that are defiling it. Once you’ve done that, interact with the Tenet.

Five Hills Tenet of Akarat Statues¶
1: Lower Kurast¶
From the Kurast Waypoint, leave via the southwestern exit into Lower Kurast. Continue southwest until you’re in the center of the area, and then head south. You’ll find the Tenet in the garden of a dilapidated house. Attack the defiled shrine to break the vines and unlock the Tenet.

2: Vale of the Long Mists¶
This Tenet is in the center of Five Hill, southwest of Lower Kurast. Leave Kurast via the southwestern exit and head southwest through Lower Kurast. After you exit the area, take the southern path and follow it southwest and then southeast. The Tenet will be at the end of the stream.

3: The Tangles¶
From the Samuk Waypoint, exit the town via the northeast. Continue east and head southeast before heading north to the top of the map. From there, take the path west to find the Tenet by the tree. Interact with the statues in the following order to unlock the Tenet: Bottom > Top > Center.

4: The Clouded Forest¶
This Tenet is found in the far southeast corner of Five Hills. Unfortunately, there isn’t a Waypoint nearby, so you’ll need to get there from Samuk. The easiest way to find it is to follow the paths down to the furthest southern wall of the area, and then hug that wall while heading east, which will take you directly to the Tenet.
You can shorten the journey by heading directly southeast, but you may get lost along the way. Interact with the statues in the following order to unlock the Tenet: Left > Center > Right.

5: Reflection’s Edge¶
Exit the Samuk Waypoint via the northeast and follow the path east until you can head south. Follow the twisting paths south until you reach the bottom of the fogged out area (this is a story area). Now head southwest to find the Tenet in the corner to the north.

Restless Canopy Tenet of Akarat Statues¶
1: Diregloom Jungle¶
From Kurast, exit the town via the southern exit. Follow the path southeast and take the third northern path up a little before immediately heading northeast. The Tenet will be in a small enclosed area lit up by a torch. This area is under the climb point when looking at the map. Attack the Vines to unlock the Shrine.

2: Northeast Skittering Earth¶
This Tenet is in the northeast corner of Restless Canopy and is easier to get to by taking the Fields of Giants Waypoint. From the Waypoint, take the west path into Restless Canopy before following the path north until the end. Interact with the statues in the following order to unlock the Tenet: Center > Left > Right.

3: West Skittering Earth¶
If you look at the map, the region is split up into two colors, green and brown. This Tenet can be found against the western wall of the “brown” part, about halfway down. From the Waypoint, head east until you reach Viz-jun. Head inside the area and leave it via the southern exit. Follow the path east until you can begin heading south and then head west until you hit a wall.
Continue south while hugging the west wall until you reach a path leading further west into the “green” area. Go south past the intersection and follow the path that curves to the east a little and head south again. Now, take the path west, where you’ll find the Tenet in the northern corner. Interact with the statues in the following order to unlock the Tenet: Left > Center > Right.

4: The Underbrush¶
From the Waypoint, head south into the Restless Canopy region. Follow the twisting paths south until you reach Oka’bo Temple. Follow the temple around until you reach the entrance, where you’ll find the Tenet among some ruins to the southwest of it. Interact with the nearby statue to summon some Shades of Hatred, defeat them to unlock the Tenet.

5: Pestilence¶
This Tenet is found in the southeast corner of the region near the Stronghold. From the Field of Giants Waypoint, head west into Restless Canopy. Now, follow the path south/southeast into the southeast corner to find the Tenet. To unlock this Tenet, you’ll need to activate all three statues in a short period of time. The easiest way to do this is to dodge to each one. You’ll find the statues either side of the Tenet, with the final one being south of it.

1: South Beast Fate Wilderness¶
From the Waypoint, follow the path south and then west until you can climb down. Hug the left wall and you’ll find the Tenet. Interact with the nearby statue to summon some Shades of Hatred and defeat them to unlock the Tenet.

2: East Beast Fate Wilderness¶
From the Waypoint, take the eastern path and follow it northeast, where you’ll find a Healing Well. The Tenet will be in the swampy water by the western wall.

3: Carrion’s Cradle¶
This Tenet can be found in the far northeast of the area. From the Waypoint, head as far north as you can go until you leave the area, backtrack south, and then take the first path southeast before taking the next path south again. The Tenet will be in the swamp area beneath the curved wall to the east of the path. Interact with the statues in the following order to unlock the Tenet: Right > Left > Back Left.

4: Monster Fells¶
From the previous Tenet, follow the path west until you hit the wall, and then head north to the corner of the area. The Tenet will be at the edge of the cliff. Interact with the far-right statue to unlock the Tenet.

5: Hesa Tu¶
From the previous Tenet, head south until you can take the first path west. Head directly west from here, through an open gate, where you’ll find a slope leading down. The Tenet will be against the northern wall. Activate the statues in the following order to unlock the Tenet: Right > Back Left > Front Left.

Teganze Plateau Tenet of Akarat Statues¶
1: Seram Trails¶
The nearest Waypoint to this Tenet is The Den Waypoint. From the Waypoint, head northeast and take the eastern path into Teganze Plateau. Take the southern path at the first intersection, head west, and then south again to find the Tenet. It is on the lower part next to the climb point. To unlock the Tenet, simply attack it until all the vines disappear.

2: Dueling Rivers¶
This Tenet is right outside the Stronghold, Kichuk, located northeast of the map. Exit Kichuk via the western exit and follow the path southwest, where you’ll be able to climb to another area. In the next area, head north into the corner. The Tenet will be to the left of the waterfall. Interact with the statue to summon Shades of Hatred and defeat them to unlock the Tenet.

3: Kehjan Pinnacles¶
Leave the Kichuk Stronghold via the southwest exit and head south before going east until you reach a climb point. Climb up to find the Tenet at the cliff’s edge. Interact with the statues in the following order to unlock the Tenet: Right > Center > Left.

4: Bloodstained Heights¶
Once again, leave Kichuk via the southwest, but this time, take the first path north, and immediately head southwest. At the cliff’s edge, you’ll find the Tenet along the path. Interact with the statues in the following order to activate the Tenet: Center > Right > Center (off) > Left > Center > Right (off) > Center (off). Note that we did this by accident, but this did work. You could try just clicking the left statue first to see if that does it.

5: The Great Shelf¶
From The Den Waypoint, enter Teganze Plateau by heading northeast. Take the first path south (past the Seram Trails Tenet) and take the next path southeast. This path will curve around to the east, where you’ll find the Tenet sitting by the cliffs edge to the north. Interact with the statues in the following order to unlock the Tenet: Left > Center > Right.

That’s it for all 30 Tenets of Akarat. Obtaining all 30 will unlock the Lion Mount, which can be equipped at the Stablemaster. You’ll also unlock the Akarat’s and Disciple Player Titles too.
