This is a walkthrough for the Pokémon League, including what Pokémon you can encounter and items you can find.

The Pokémon League is located at the northern end of Route 223. When you arrive, there’s a giant waterfall. Hopefully you didn’t rush past Jasmine and skip HM Waterfall.
The area itself is divided into two halves by Victory Road. The southern half contains a Pokémon Center where you can prepare for Victory Road. Meanwhile, the northern half contains the League building itself, where Sinnoh’s Elite Four and Champion await. The League building also functions as a Pokémon Center.
