The Lost Tower is a multi-tiered Pokémon graveyard situated in the north-east corner of Route 209. Although it may seem like an optional location at first, you’ll need to visit this tower to acquire HM Strength.

How to Obtain Strength

(1 of 2) Speak to this old lady to receive HM Strength.

Speak to this old lady to receive HM Strength. (left), You can’t use it without the Mine Badge though. (right)

You can get HM Strength by speaking to the old lady on the left on the top floor of the tower. To actually use this Hidden Move, you must own the Mine Badge, which is somewhat far away.
