What to do at the Hallowed Tower?¶
The Hallowed Tower is a small, crumbled structure barely resembling a tower, located near the east edge of the route. If you bring an Odd Keystone here, then speak to 32 unique NPCs in the Grand Underground, you can make 
Spiritomb appear.
