Pokémon: Sword & Shield

Overview

When making your way to Hammerlocke Hills for the first time, Giant’s Mirror is the third Zone you can trek through to reach it. This is the least remarkable Zone of the three as there is no Watt Trader from Giant’s Cap or the useful items to snag from Dusty Bowl. If however, you’re looking for the most simplest way of reaching there, Giant’s Mirror is the choice for you. You’ll find five Pokémon Dens here along with a pond to fish in and another Berry Tree to give a shake. Of particular note with the Pokémon Dens are the ability to find ☆☆☆☆☆ battles against the "Eevee" IconEevee evolutions in Rare Dens here.

Items

Item Location

Pungent Root Hidden Item - Edge of the west side of the pond (Respawns once a day)
Pungent Root Hidden Item - Edge of the pond, near the Berry Tree (Respawns once a day)
Great Ball Hidden Item - Against the eastern cliff (Respawns once a day)
Big Mushroom Hidden Item - Next to the fallen tree to the northeast (Respawns once a day)

Welcome to our comprehensive strategy guide for Pokémon: Sword and Shield, the latest entries in the Pokémon video game franchise. Our guide also incorporates all the DLC, including the Isle of Armor and brand new Crown Tundra DLC.

In Sword and Shield, you explore the Galar region, based on the United Kingdom, alongside rivals Hop, Bede and Marnie, with the aim to dethrone the Pokémon League Champion.

The games introduce several new features such as Dynamaxing and Gigantamaxing, functions that increase size and change forms of certain Pokémon; the Wild Area, a large open world with free camera movement; and raids with co-op battling. They also reintroduce features previously seen in Sun and Moon and Let’s Go, Pikachu! and Let’s Go, Eevee!, such as regional variants and roaming Pokémon depicted in the overworld.
