Items

Dragon Pulse has no special effects, but it’s reliable at the very least.

Item Location
TR62 Dragon Pulse Start from the Tower of Waters on Challenge Beach. Head to the back of the tower and face the sea. Ahead, there’s an island with a single tree. Swim in that direction. When you arrive at the island, check the base of the tree.

Berry Trees

Item Location
Pomeg Berry On the island where TR62 is, directly opposite the back of the Tower of Waters. On the side that’s facing the mainland.

Hidden Items

Mints effectively alter a Pokémon’s Nature. A Modest Mint forces the Pokémon to have increased Special Attack and reduced Attack, like a Modest Nature.

Item Location
Swift Feather, Clever Feather etc. When traveling from the Tower of Waters to the island with the lone tree, halfway along, you’ll pass by a rocky island. Search around this island to find five or so of these feathers.
Stardust On the island with the single tree, in the middle of the shore that’s nearest the Tower of Waters (if you traveled here from the tower, it’s probably where you alighted).
Modest Mint, Energy Powder etc. From the previous item, go clockwise around the island. Among the second red flowerbed (the first flowerbed is near the berry tree).
Dive Ball In the sand near the waves, on the side that’s facing the ocean and the corner that’s away from the tree.
Naughty Mint, Energy Powder etc. In the red flowerbed next to the tree.
Galarica Twig At the base of the tree, opposite the red flowerbed.
Honey, Energy Powder etc. Continue clockwise around the island. Among some medium grass with tiny blue flowers near the shore. It’s where the last red flowerbed, the den and the berry tree near the start all intersect.
Stardust, Rare Candy etc. While you’re still on the same island, face the Tower of Waters, then turn left. There should be two dens straight ahead–one in the sea and the other on an islet. Head for the islet. There are two items in the sand near the den.

Welcome to our comprehensive strategy guide for Pokémon: Sword and Shield, the latest entries in the Pokémon video game franchise. Our guide also incorporates all the DLC, including the Isle of Armor and brand new Crown Tundra DLC.

In Sword and Shield, you explore the Galar region, based on the United Kingdom, alongside rivals Hop, Bede and Marnie, with the aim to dethrone the Pokémon League Champion.

The games introduce several new features such as Dynamaxing and Gigantamaxing, functions that increase size and change forms of certain Pokémon; the Wild Area, a large open world with free camera movement; and raids with co-op battling. They also reintroduce features previously seen in Sun and Moon and Let’s Go, Pikachu! and Let’s Go, Eevee!, such as regional variants and roaming Pokémon depicted in the overworld.
