To awaken Spiritomb from its slumber, you need to connect with many players like yourself. (left), The island where you can encounter the Mythical Pokémon Keldeo. (right)

For convenience’s sake, we’ve arbitrarily divided the zone into two halves.

The “north/east” half covers the area near the entrances to the Lakeside Cave and Dyna Tree Hill (when you travel clockwise after arriving from the Giant’s Bed). Meanwhile, the “south/west” half is everything else (when you travel anti-clockwise instead). Both halves will join up when you approach the opposite end of the zone.

Spiritomb’s Gravestone

Towards the far east, there’s a section of lower ground, accessible by a slope that’s partially obscured by a stretch of tall grass. Should you reach the farthest end of this section, there’s a curious gravestone in front of a tree. This is where you can summon a Spiritomb.

Curry with Keldeo

Towards the centre of this zone, surrounding Dyna Tree Hill, is the lake itself. If you enter the lake via the slope near Dyna Tree Hill or the entrance via the Giant’s Bed, you can reach a suspicious island by the south-western corner. This island has two trees; near one of the trees is a cooking pot. After catching the Swords of Justice, you can trigger Keldeo to appear here.

Items

Trade a Feebas holding this to evolve it into the marvelous Milotic.

North/East Side

Item Location
Prism Scale Turn right after arriving from the Giant’s Bed. Head towards the tree in the far corner, next to the river.
TR20 Substitute Follow the zone clock-wise. First, keep to the right and go down the slope that doesn’t lead to the Lakeside Cave. Next, keep to the left when you’re near Dyna Tree Hill. Go down the slope ahead that leads to lower ground. Then turn left and navigate between the tall grass. At the end, you’ll find this sitting in front of a rock on the left.
PP Up Instead of turning left at the previous slope, turn right. Go around the tall grass and look for a tree near the edge, past a berry tree.

South/West Side

Item Location
Metronome Go back up the slope and continue traveling clockwise. There should be some tall grass in the middle of the path. After you’ve gone past it, search between the next two patches of tall grass. There’s a den nearby.
Bottle Cap Past the two patches of tall grass, there are some abandoned fields along the right. Go past the fields and you’ll find this sitting inside the remnants of an old building.
Chipped Pot Go back a bit and head through the side path towards the left, through some tall grass. There will be a den along this path. You’ll find this sneaky bugger hiding among the plants by the corner of the abandoned building on the right.
Rare Candy Go around the abandoned building until you reach the dirty pathway. Hop across the road and go around the tall grass on the left. This item is sitting by a tree near the land’s edge.
Dawn Stone Either cut through the tall grass ahead or go around from the right. In any case, follow the road ahead, while keeping to the right. You should find this item by the corner, past a tree.
TR65 Energy Ball Go right from the pathway leading up to Dyna Tree Hill (while facing away from the humongous tree). Head down the nearby slope and enter the water. Swim all the way forward, towards an island with two trees. You’ll find this TR next to the tree on the right.

Berry Trees

North/East Side

Item Location
Tamato Berry Turn left after arriving from the Giant’s Bed. Past some tall grass.
Kelpsy Berry Straight ahead when you arrive from the Giant’s Bed. To the right of the slope leading to the water. This one also requires wading through some tall grass.
Wiki Berry, Figy Berry etc. Turn right when coming from the Giant’s Bed. This tree is next to a normal tree, near where you turn a corner.
Pomeg Berry Head clockwise around the zone, keeping towards the left side of the path. As you go up the slope towards the Lakeside Cave, this tree is on the right, surrounded by tall grass.
Grepa Berry Turn around and head down the slope along the right-hand side. You’ll reach a different entrance to the Lakeside Cave. This tree is on the left, surrounded by tall grass.
Sitrus Berry, Iapapa Berry etc. To the left of the pathway leading to Dyna Tree Hill (when facing the massive tree). Near a slope that leads to the water.
Hondew Berry Head clockwise from the pathway that leads to Dyna Tree Hill, while sticking to the left. Up ahead, there’s a slope that leads to lower ground. Go down the slope, then turn left and wade through the long stretch of tall grass towards the left.
Chople Berry, Occa Berry etc. Instead of turning left from the slope, turn right. This tree is close by.

South/West Side

Item Location
Mago Berry, Aguav Berry etc. Go back up the slope and continue traveling clockwise. When you reach the abandoned fields along the right, turn left and you’ll find this tree near the remnants of a building.
Qualot Berry Return to the abandoned fields and follow the road ahead. On the left, there should be some tall grass surrounding a Pokémon Den. Once you’ve gone past it, go through the next patch of tall grass on the left. This tree is in the middle of the grass.

Hidden Items

Pungent Root, Mental Herb etc. Go past the berry tree and the slope leading down to the water. Search the nearby leafy bush along the right.
Green Apricorn, Red Apricorn etc. Go forward while keeping towards the left side of the path. Past the tall grass, there’s a slope that leads to lower ground. You can avoid the grass if you keep left. Search the tree just before the slope begins.
Big Mushroom, Wishing Piece etc. Head down the slope. Search the tree directly ahead, near the edge.
Big Mushroom, Tiny Mushroom etc. Turn left and make your way around the tall grass. About halfway along, there’s a narrow section sandwiched by tall grass. Search the tree in the middle.

Hard Stone, Stardust etc. Also search the plants by the corner, further in.
Wishing Piece, Absorb Bulb etc. Turn left from the abandoned fields. Then head all the way to the edge of the land. Be mindful of a strong Pokémon here. Search the tree at the end to find up to two items.
