Overview

This is the first zone when you arrive on the island. Here, you’ll find the Master Dojo.

Diglett Trainer

You’ll come across a man and his mole while attempting to cross the bridge halfway along this zone. He’ll rope you into rescuing his 150 other "Diglett" IconDiglett, although you do some cool rewards for the effort. For more details, please check our in-depth Diglett Hunt Guide! We made it just for you.

Isle of Armor Marketplace

To the right of the entrance to the Master Dojo, you can find numerous helpful NPCs, who you may be familiar with already. They are the Berry Grocer (sells common berries), Ingredients Seller (sells cooking items for camping) and Watt Trader (exchange Watts for items). They won’t be there at the start though.

Bike Lady

This lady is waiting for you between the Master Dojo and the entrance to the Soothing Wetlands. If you have a "Rotom" IconRotom Bike that can traverse across water, she will provide two new customisation options. Plus the standard options. She’ll also increase your charge speed, if it’s not already at max.

Items

Focus Blast deals devastating Fighting-type special damage. But at 70 Accuracy, it’s often not worth the risk.

Item Location
Max Revive In red flowerbed to the right of Armor Station (when exiting the station).
Sun Stone Just before the bridge, turn left. It’s on the edge of an outcrop of land, near the entrance to Courageous Cavern.
Expert Belt Near some a box to the left of the Master Dojo entrance (when facing the door).
TR64 Focus Blast Head right from the Master Dojo entrance. It’s sitting by the corner of the dojo, near the cliff wall.
HP Up Continue heading right from the dojo. Next to a tree and boulder at the end of the path.

Berry Trees

Item Location
Pecha Berry, Charti Berry etc. After exiting Armor Station, turn right and head all the way to the end of the narrow area along the shoreline. You’ll find this tree past some tall grass.
Rawst Berry, Green Apricorn etc. Turn left after exiting Armor Station. It’s close by, between two patches of tall grass.
Chesto Berry, Yellow Apricorn etc. Coming from Armor Station, to the right of the rocky hill on the left, before the bridge.
Passho Berry, Black Apricorn, White Apricorn etc. From the Master Dojo entrance, turn right (while facing the entrance). On the other side of the tall grass.

Hidden Items

This is a new item found on the Island of Armor. Collect 8 of them to create an item to evolve Galarian Slowpoke.

Item Location
Galarica Twig Next to tree nearest to Armor Station. [Doesn’t always spawn.]
Tiny Mushroom Behind second tree from Armor Station.
Revive, Star Piece etc. Next to boulder at far end of the path to the right of Armor Station (when exiting the station).
Big Pearl, Pearl etc. In the sand opposite Armor Station, near the waves.
Pearl, Stardust etc. In the sand, slightly past the halfway point of the shore opposite Armor Station.
Pearl, Stardust etc. In the sand, towards the furthest (easternmost) part of the shore opposite Armor Station.
Tiny Mushroom Next to tree to the left of Armor Station, between two patches of tall grass (and near a berry tree).
Honey Among the shrubbery in front of the rocky hill on the right (when coming from Armor Station).
Energy Root, Galarica Twig etc. From the previous item, next to tree on the right side of the same rocky hill.
Galarica Twig, Heal Ball etc. After crossing the bridge, next to tree on the left, through some tall grass.
Large Leek, Great Ball etc. After crossing the bridge, next to tree on the right, near a rocky hill. There are two items here.
Tiny Mushroom, Revival Herb etc. Turn left in front of the Master Dojo entrance. Next to tree on the left.
Big Mushroom, Tiny Mushroom etc. From the previous item, behind the tree on the right.
Nugget Turn right in front of the Master Dojo entrance. Behind the furthest pillar supporting the roof. [Doesn’t always spawn.]

Welcome to our comprehensive strategy guide for Pokémon: Sword and Shield, the latest entries in the Pokémon video game franchise. Our guide also incorporates all the DLC, including the Isle of Armor and brand new Crown Tundra DLC.

In Sword and Shield, you explore the Galar region, based on the United Kingdom, alongside rivals Hop, Bede and Marnie, with the aim to dethrone the Pokémon League Champion.

The games introduce several new features such as Dynamaxing and Gigantamaxing, functions that increase size and change forms of certain Pokémon; the Wild Area, a large open world with free camera movement; and raids with co-op battling. They also reintroduce features previously seen in Sun and Moon and Let’s Go, Pikachu! and Let’s Go, Eevee!, such as regional variants and roaming Pokémon depicted in the overworld.
