What is the Curry Dex?

The Curry Dex will appear in your Camp menu after cooking your first meal. This will list every Curry you’ve managed to cook up so far and there are 151 to create in total. Doing so will result in rewards when you present your Curry Dex to the Camping King just outside Motostoke in the Wild Area.

Ingredients

There are a total of 25 key ingredients that you can use when making Curry and you’ll use one along with an assortment of Berries to create them with. You can buy all of them from the two Ingredients Sellers in both Lake Axewell and Hammerlocke Hills although their stock will change on a daily basis. Note however that Bob’s Food Tin and Bach’s Food Tin are version exclusives meaning you’ll need to visit Camps from a player from another friend or get lucky when talking to other Trainers in the Wild Area.

Welcome to our comprehensive strategy guide for Pokémon: Sword and Shield, the latest entries in the Pokémon video game franchise. Our guide also incorporates all the DLC, including the Isle of Armor and brand new Crown Tundra DLC.

In Sword and Shield, you explore the Galar region, based on the United Kingdom, alongside rivals Hop, Bede and Marnie, with the aim to dethrone the Pokémon League Champion.

The games introduce several new features such as Dynamaxing and Gigantamaxing, functions that increase size and change forms of certain Pokémon; the Wild Area, a large open world with free camera movement; and raids with co-op battling. They also reintroduce features previously seen in Sun and Moon and Let’s Go, Pikachu! and Let’s Go, Eevee!, such as regional variants and roaming Pokémon depicted in the overworld.
