Items

Tri Attack has a 20% chance of causing one of the following: Burn, Paralysis or Freeze.

Item Location
TR19 Tri Attack Turn right from the Tower of Waters (while facing the entrance) and swim into the sea. Straight ahead and to the left is an obvious island with a big tree in the center (Honeycalm Island). Approach Honeycalm Island, then go right when you’re parallel to the island. There’s a small shore on the side of the mainland. It’s at the end of the narrow path.
Dragon Scale Position yourself so you’re halfway between Honeycalm Island and the shore leading to TR19. Now swim in the direction opposite the Tower of Waters. Just before you reach a trio of rocky islands and the shore to the Training Lowlands, there’s a circle-shaped islet. This item’s in the middle.

Hidden Items

Item Location
Star Piece, Stardust etc. In the sand on the islet with a Dragon Scale. There are two items here. If you came from the Tower of Waters, head towards the shore of the Training Lowlands. It’s just before the shore, somewhat near the mainland. Or if you’re at the shore of Challenge Beach, turn slightly left while facing the ocean.
Resist Feather, Clever Feather etc. Opposite the shore of the Training Lowlands, there are three rocky islands forming a triangle-shape. Search the perimeter of all three islands to rake in more feathers than you can shake a stick at (over 20). You’re still better off buying vitamins.

In Sword and Shield, you explore the Galar region, based on the United Kingdom, alongside rivals Hop, Bede and Marnie, with the aim to dethrone the Pokémon League Champion.
