Cobalion’s Territory

When you’ve discovered and reported 50 footprints belonging to the Iron Will Pokémon, Cobalion to Sonia, "Cobalion" IconCobalion will show up in Frigid Sea. Predictably, Cobalion is chilling at the far end of the large, central island.

Items

This is a hard-hitting Water-type move; just keep in mind its less-than-perfect Accuracy.

Item Location
Shell Bell Coming from Roaring-Sea Caves, enter the water straight ahead, then turn right once you’ve navigated past the glaciers. Head towards the shore that leads to Three-Point Pass. It’s beneath the tree in the space to the left of the slope.
Dive Ball Towards the center of this zone is a large island. The quickest way to arrive is by swimming in an anti-clockwise direction. You can find this ball next to a humongous rock that’s near the shore, on the side facing the pathway.
TR03 Hydro Pump In front of the tree near the end of the large, central island.

Hidden Items

This impossible chunk of ice boosts the power of the user’s Ice-type moves by 20%.

Item Location
Energy Root Look behind the tree on the right, when you arrive from Roaring-Sea Caves.
Big Pearl Search the corner of the shore near the Pokémon Den.
Pearl String Also, search the edge of the shore halfway across.
Pearl From the shore where you arrived, enter the water and then follow the pathway on the left. You’ll reach a shore with another entrance to Roaring-Sea Caves. Search the cliff wall on the left, a few paces from the shore.
Big Pearl From the initial shore, swim forward a short distance, then turn right towards a different shore. Upon landing, search the corner of the shore on the left.
Genius Feather, Health Feather etc. Opposite the shore that leads to Three-Point Pass, there’s a giant, pointy iceberg. Search around it to find two feather items. You can find more feathers scattered around, but it’s generally a waste of time.
Never-Melt Ice Continue forward while hugging the wall on the right. When you’re parallel to the shore of the large island, there’s a couple of glaciers near the wall. Go around the glaciers and search behind them.
Pearl String Search the left-most corner of the shore of the large, central island. There are some glaciers nearby.
Stardust Next to the cylindrical boulder that’s nearby on the shore.
Big Pearl Search the edge of the shore halfway between the cylindrical boulder and the Pokémon Den at the tip.
Big Pearl Near the edge of the shore, aligned with the Pokémon Den on the shore and another den in the waters ahead, to the left of a big iceberg.
Stardust, Great Ball etc. Search around the humongous rock that’s near the shore. You can find up to three items.
Wishing Piece Hidden next to the boulder at the farthest end of the island.

In Sword and Shield, you explore the Galar region, based on the United Kingdom, alongside rivals Hop, Bede and Marnie, with the aim to dethrone the Pokémon League Champion.

The games introduce several new features such as Dynamaxing and Gigantamaxing, functions that increase size and change forms of certain Pokémon; the Wild Area, a large open world with free camera movement; and raids with co-op battling. They also reintroduce features previously seen in Sun and Moon and Let’s Go, Pikachu! and Let’s Go, Eevee!, such as regional variants and roaming Pokémon depicted in the overworld.
