The Knight Academy is a prestigious institution dedicated to training the next generation of Skyloft knights. It’s also the home of Link and Zelda.

Quests

Missing Loftwing

Near the beginning of the game, when Link discovers his Loftwing has gone missing, speak to Pipit who’s near the stairway on the 1st floor and he’ll go searching for clues.

Visitor at Night

Following the events of the Wing Ceremony, a mysterious figure will appear before Link during the night. Follow it upstairs and outside into Skyloft.

Leaving Skyloft

The next door, Link will be ready to leave Skyloft. Before departing, chat to Fledge outside your room to receive the Adventure Pouch, for storing items and shields.

The Light Tower

After finishing the first three dungeons and sealing away the Imprisoned, you’ll need to visit Headmaster Gaepora in his room on the 2nd floor to learn a clue for activating the Skyloft Light Tower.

Tracking Levias

Late into the game, when Link is searching for the Triforce, speak to Headmaster Gaepora in his room to learn of Levias, the sky guardian.

Afterwards, pop next door to chat with Instructor Owlan, who teaches Link the Spiral Charge, required to deal with the maddened Levias.

Sidequests

The Haunted Restroom

After sealing away The Imprisoned, there will be rumors of ghostly moaning at night. By investigating these rumors, Link discovers a haunted figure in the 1st floor restroom at night. If Links helps the ghost, he’ll be rewarded with 5 Gratitude Crystals.

Cawlin’s Love

After triggering the Haunted Restroom, Cawlin can be found near the 1st floor entrance during the day. Link will receive a Love Letter from him, which he can give to Karane in the 1st floor class room. Do so to be rewarded with 5 Gratitude Crystals. Or you can give the letter to the ghost…

Fledge’s Workout

Once Link has the Goddess Harp, Fledge can be found working out inside his room at night. Give him Stamina Potions from the Skyloft Bazaar and come back after receiving the Master Sword to reap 5 Gratitude Crystals.

Plant Collecting for Owlan

When Link has learned the Faron portion of the Song of the Hero, Owlan will have a request for him. By returning to Faron Woods and bringing Oolo the Kiwki to Owlan, Link will earn 5 Gratitude Crystals.
