The Goddess Sword is a mystical sword hidden away inside the Statue of the Goddess. Within the sword, a spirit called Fi resides.

For the early portion of the game, this is the only sword you’ll use. Compared to the Practice Sword, it deals twice the amount of damage.

If you raise the sword straight upwards, you can charge it up and then swing the sword to unleash a Skyward Strike. This can hit somewhat faraway objects and deal damage to foes (equal to half its usual damage).

Where to Find

You’ll obtain the Goddess Sword after entering the Statue of the Goddess, near the beginning of the game.

Upgrades

The Goddess Sword transforms into the Goddess Longsword after completing the Ancient Cistern.
