The Volcano Summit is the highest point of Eldin Volcano, accessible via the extremely hot passageway towards the north-east. Deep inside, the Fire Sanctuary awaits.

To the Fire Sanctuary¶
After obtaining the Fireshield Earrings, Link must pass through the Volcano Summit to reach the Fire Sanctuary, which houses one of the sacred flames. When he eventually reaches the sanctuary’s entrance, Link is blocked by an impassable wall of flames. Perhaps he can find help from the Water Dragon at Lake Floria?
Audience with The Fire Dragon¶
During his mission to complete the Song of the Hero, Link is captured by Bokoblins upon arriving at Eldin Volcano. With some assistance, Link manages to escape the camp, although most of his gear is gone. Should he reach the Volcano Summit, he’ll find the rest of his stolen gear there, as well as the entrance to the Fire Dragon’s lair.

| Number 18 | After receiving the mission to complete the Song of the Hero, a moving platform will appear in the eastern lava pool. Charge up a Skyward Strike and jump on the platform, then hit the cube as you pass it. |

| The rest of your stolen gear | After triggering the stealth section, ride the platform in the eastern lava pool. After going up the stairs, jump left and head north. Thrust your sword into a water plant and throw it into the lava further north so you can get across. Finally, jump down from the ledge and get ready to beat up some baddies. |
