Chest Location: Northeast of Skyloft, near Beedle’s Island. You’ll need to Bomb down the rock blockade.
Chest Contents: Silver Rupee (100 Rupees).

Goddess Cube Location: Go southwest of the “West Desert” Bird Statue and onto the ledge surrounded by the quicksand.
Chest Location: South of Skyloft, atop the ledge jutting from the volcano-like island.
Chest Contents: Heart Medal.

Goddess Cube Location: After getting the Clawshots, go to the northeastern portion of the map. Go along the path beneath the quicksand to a cracked wall. Bomb and go through. Grab the Piece of Heart on the way (hint hint), then continue to the Clawshot area. Go from target to target to the final ledge with the Cube.
Chest Location: North of Skyloft, northwest of Bamboo Island. On this island, go to the watery lower ledge and swim through the tunnel. At the other side, spin attack to the chest.
Chest Contents: Heart Medal.

Goddess Cube Location: You’ll need the Clawshots for this. Go to the southern area with the three cages and Clawshot onto the wall to the west, by the quicksand.
Chest Location: Southwest of Skyloft and northwest of Fun Fun Island, you’ll find a halved island. Land on the small half and go to the vinery at the edge. Climb to the chest.
Chest Contents: Life Medal.

Goddess Cube Location: Remember that northern gap? Go to the eastern side of it and start riding the mine cart. As you do, charge up a Skyward Strike and, as you pass the Goddess Cube, unleash it.
Chest Location: Atop the high plateau on Beedle’s Island; you’ll need to dive to it from your Loftwing.
Chest Contents: Heart Piece 10.

Goddess Cube Location: At the “Ancient Harbor” Bird Statue, you can jump onto the northern crates and Clawshot to the ones farther west. Go into the room on the ground nearby.
Chest Location: In the Skyloft Bazaar.
Chest Contents: Gold Rupee (300 Rupees).
Skipper’s Retreat¶

Goddess Cube Location: Go to the Moblin bridge and go to the ledge behind it. Clawshot to the vinery hanging from the platform, then climb around, then repeat to the Goddess Cube ledge.
Chest Location: Northwest of Fun Fun Island, you’ll find a halved island. Land on the smaller half and Clawshot to the target above the gate.
Chest Contents: Potion Medal.
Pirate Stronghold¶

Goddess Cube Location: In the “back area” you find after raising the structure. Basically, go to the door you exited through and face it, look up, and Clawshot to the ledge.
Chest Location: Skyloft, atop the waterfall, which you’ll need the Clawshots to reach.

Lanayru Gorge¶
Goddess Cube 27¶
Goddess Cube Location: Go along the path left of where you enter to where you originally found the Life Tree Seedling. Hit the Timeshift Stone nearby, then go down to the ground.
Chest Location: Inside the Thunderhead, north of Bug Rock, burrow into the tunnel and exit to the northwest.
Chest Contents: Small Quiver.
