Goddess Cube Location: Near the “Volcano Entry” Bird Statue, on the lower ledge north of the entrance.
Chest Location: On an island northeast of Skyloft, northwest of Beedle’s Island, on a high plateau.
Chest Contents: Silver Rupee (100 Rupees).

Goddess Cube Location: From the “Volcano East” Bird Statue, go north to the intersection and take a left.
Chest Location: Southwest of Skyloft, near Fun Fun Island.

Goddess Cube Location: You might remember the mini-dungeon here you dived into, inside which you obtained the Digging Mitts? There, during the initial dive, head for the Goddess Cube on one of the high ledges.
Chest Location: Inside the Thunderhead, on the Isle of Songs, next to the tower.
Chest Contents: Gold Rupee (300 Rupees).

Goddess Cube Location: From the Earth Temple entrance, go west and dig up the air spurt. Throw a Bomb into it to clear the rock blockade above. Go there to find the Cube.
Chest Location: On Bamboo Island, behind the main building.
Chest Contents: Gold Rupee (300 Rupees).

Goddess Cube Location: Go east of the Earth Temple entrance and go downhill. At the end of the path is the Goddess Cube.
Chest Location: Northeast of Skyloft, near Beedle’s Island. You’ll have to climb the vinery to the alcove nearby.
Chest Contents: Treasure Medal.

Goddess Cube Location: Head to the large slide and start going down. As you do, take the left air vent when first possible. You’ll be able to find the Goddess Cube atop the ledge ahead.
Chest Location: In Skyloft, but you need the Water Dragon’s Scale. Jump into the river east of the Bazaar and swim through the tunnel beneath Kukiel’s house. Upon surfacing, open the Goddess Chest nearby.

Goddess Cube Location: In the area with the water spring, jump off the nearby ledge. From there, maneuver yourself around the large rock in front of the ledge to find the ledge with the Goddess Cube hidden behind it.
Chest Location: Inside the Thunderhead, on Bug Rock. Dive onto the southwestern side of the island with your Loftwing.
Chest Contents: Heart Piece 13.

Goddess Cube Location: Go forward to the Fire Sanctuary entrance and face it, but do not enter. Go into the room on the left and onto the open windowsill. Clawshot from ledge to ledge to get to the Cube.
Chest Location: Inside the Thunderhead, atop the tower on the Isle of Songs.
Chest Contents: Small Bomb Bag.

Goddess Cube Location: After defeating the Bilocyte, from the entrance, go into the eastern room. As you ride one of the lava platforms, charge up a Skyward Strike and hit the Goddess Cube on the ledge.
Chest Location: Inside the Thunderhead, north of Bug Rock, burrow into the tunnel and exit to the northeast.
Chest Contents: Empty Bottle.
