The Want Beyond The Wall side quest in Final Fantasy 16 can be acquired in 
Northreach once you reach 
The Dame main quest. Here you’ll find a person named Etienne who has secret side hustles taking place from outside the wall and he needs someone to go in his place as the guards are getting suspicious. We’ll take you through the necessary steps to completion and how to find the clients.
Speak with Etienne to begin this quest.
A merchant requires Clive to deliver some goods beyond the wall in Northreach, along with a mysterious message about them being “fresh from the master’s table…”
How to Start The Want Beyond The Wall Side Quest in Final Fantasy 16¶
First things first, you’ll need to have completed the main story 
Righting Wrongs, and be on The Dame. When those requirements have been met, head over to Etienne who can be found in Northreach and you’ll be informed that he has some clients from outside the wall, but he is at risk of being spotted by the guards, so he requests that you deliver the packages for him until they stop being suspicious.
Where to Find the Clients In FF16¶
Once you’re done speaking with Etienne, you’ll want to make your way over to The Markets which is located to the south of Northreach and speak with the Liquormonger, Herbalist and Tinker and give them all one Heavy Purse each, then you’ll want to visit the nearby shop and stock up on 
Potions and purchase any weapons that give you a strength upgrade, as these will make any battles in future quests easier to win.

Head into The Markets (left), and give the three clients a Heavy Purse (right)
Finally, explore the surrounding areas for any Chests as they could contain useful accessories which will increase your overall damage output, then return to Etienne and inform him that deliveries have been made to bring the quest to a close. Here you’ll be rewarded with 
Steelsilk x20 and 
Bloody Hide x20.
