The Live and Let Live side quest in Final Fantasy 16 can be acquired in The Boklad Markets once you reach the Onward main quest. Here you’ll find a person named Kveta and she’ll tell you that she needs helping finding someone. We’ll take you through the necessary steps to completion and how to find the missing sellsword.

How to Start The Live and Let Live Side Quest in Final Fantasy 16¶
First things first, you’ll need to have completed the main story mission Out of the Shadow, and be on Onward. When those requirements have been met, head over to Kveta who can be found in The Boklad Markets which is located in 
The Dhalmekian Republic. Speak with her and you’ll find out that she needs help with finding someone, as she sent a guy out to look for thieves and they haven’t returned.
Where to Find The Missing Sellsword¶
Once you’ve finished speaking with Kveta, head towards the south exit and talk to the nearby refugee to see if you can get any information on the whereabouts of this sellsword. Unfortunately, she has no useful information, so exit the markets and follow the path along until you reach The Steps of the Forgotten and speak with another Refugee. Here you’ll discover the mercenary climbing up the nearby rocks to the west which leads to the Mekith area.

When you arrive you’ll come across a Goblin Prince which has a lot of health, but it is just a regular enemy which you can just throw all of your attacks at, as there is no stagger phase. However, whilst you’re chipping away at its health, if you see it perform Goblin Punch then you’ll want to dodge out of the way, as if you get hit you’ll get chain-stunned by a barrage of punches which will massively deplete your health. If you do get hit, be sure to heal up before continuing your attack. After you’ve defeated the Goblin Prince you’ll want to return to Kveta to bring the quest to a close and claim your reward of 
Wyrrite x20 and 
Meteorite x1.
