The Use Your Loaf side quest in Final Fantasy 16 can be acquired The Dalimil Inn once you reach the Out of the Shadows main quest. A Baker in Dalimil asks Clive to track down his missing apprentice, who can apparently often be found mooning at what remains of Drag’s Fang.
How to Start The Use Your Loaf Side Quest in Final Fantasy 16¶
First things first, you’ll need to have completed the main story mission Into the Darkness, and be on Out of the Shadows. When those requirements have been met, head over to Matej who can be found in The Markets portion of 
The Dalimil Inn. Speak with him and you’ll find out that his apprentice has gone missing and he can’t look for him due being busy with the business, so he has requested that you go look for him.
Where to Find The Baker’s Assistant¶
Once you’ve finished speaking with Matej, follow the path to the south of The Dalimil Inn until you reach 
The Jaw sub-region. When you arrive, continue following the path along whilst hugging the wall on the right and you’ll come across Dusan sitting near the cliff edge. Speak with him and you’ll learn that he thinks his life is meaningless ever since the Mothercrystal was destroyed and you’ll have to respond with one of three choices in order to motivate him.

None of the above choices will change the outcome of the quest and the reward will be the same, so pick whatever you think sounds best, then you’ll want to explore the area for chests, as they can contain useful Accessories. Finally, return to Matej and inform him on what’s happening with his assistance, then the quest will come to a close and you’ll be rewarded with a Gobin Coin which can be sold at any shop for a large sum of 
Gil.
