A colony you can unlock in Rogue Trader is Dargonus. You’ll end up here for the story around the halfway mark of Chapter 2, and once you complete the story related to it, you’ll get the chance to upgrade the colony and acquire rewards for your efforts. You can upgrade your colonies by completing projects inside the Colony Management screen or by visiting the colony itself. Due to projects locking you out of other projects, you’ll need to pick each one carefully to obtain the reward you’re looking for as you can lock yourself out of it, and currently, there is no way to cancel a project once it’s started. Read on to find out what each project rewards, and what requirements are needed to execute them.

How to Unlock the Dargonus Colony - Rogue Trader¶
Like most colonies outside Foulstone, you can unlock Dargonus by progressing the story, more specifically the Spiders in a Jar quest. Once that’s completed, Dargonus will be free for you to upgrade by completing projects. You can find Dargonus in the Mortius Acies system, which is situated in the north of the Koronus Expanse. When you reach the system, enter it, and you’ll find Dargonus in the southwest. We recommend making the route safe by using your Navigator Points, as you’ll be back here a lot.
