By
Shane Williams

This page covers everything related to creating an Alchemy Labin V Rising, such as requirements and benefits.

You can learn the Crypt Flooring Recipe at the Study.

What Do You Need To Create an Crypt in V Rising

In V Rising you can build different types of rooms which are dedicated to certain types of equipment and along with it come certain types of bonuses, such as the amount of time it takes to create servants will be decreased when placed in a Crypt. However, in order to get your hands on these bonuses you’ll need to acquire the Crypt Flooring.

How To Unlock Crypt Floor in V Rising

In order to create a Crypt Room you’ll need to have crafted a Study which requires, 40 Paper, 40 Planks, 8 Copper Ingots and 8 Grave Dust, then you’ll need to find the Crypt Flooring Recipe out in the world by fighting Enemies, Bosses and looking through Chests in villages/camps. If you have no luck finding it, then you can use 50 Scrolls and click Discover at the top of the Research Desk screen and hope you get it as one of your random recipes.

Paper can be found in a variety of places, such as drops from enemies, chests from Bandit Camps and you may get it by smashing barrels. However, as you progress through the game you can unlock a Paper Press which will craft you one Scroll for 12 Gem Dust and 4 Paper.

How To Unlock The Paper Press in V Rising

You’ll need to progress through the game until you are at least Gear Level 30-35, then track Nicholaus the Fallen from the Blood Altar and defeat him to unlock the Study. Build the Study which requires 12 Wooden Planks and 12 Copper Ingots. Finally, you’ll need to discover the recipe from the Study which works like the Research Desk, but requires 75 Scrolls instead of Paper.

How To Get Grave Dust in V Rising

You can acquire Grave Dust by using a couple different methods, such as killing Ghouls spawned via Tombs which is done by placing 12 Morning Lilies into the Tomb. Alternatively you can place 75 Bones into the Grinder.

How To Get Copper Ore in V Rising

Copper Ore Nodes can be found scattered around the world, but you’ll find large clusters of them primarily in The Bandit Copper Mine in Farbane Woods. However, you’ll need a weapon which is at least Gear Level 6 If you would like in-depth info on where to find Copper Ore, then take a look at our Where to Get Copper Ore page. After the Furnace has been built you’ll need to place at least 20 Copper Ore to create 1 Copper Ingot, however like the Workshop you can reduce the time and cost by placing it in a Forge Room.
