There are numerous side quests in Metaphor: ReFantazio, some of which will be gotten from your Followers. As you progress through the game, More, the fellow in the other dimension that seems to know a lot about Archetypes, will have a variety of side quests for you. It’s important to do these, as they will rank up the Bond with him, giving you more power.
The first quest from More can be gotten right after unlocking Healer.
More’s Task: Foreword and Prologue Location¶
During the course of the main story, you will return to Grand Trad and go to the Hushed Honeybee Inn. It is there that you meet Fabienne and Maria, the latter of whom is important. Spending some time with her while visiting will unlock the Healer Archetype for your characters. On the following day, pay a visit to More and speak to him there to unlock this side quest. He will ask you to basically raise the Healer Archetype to Rank 10.
This is a side quest that you won’t be completing right away, as it takes a while to get the Healer Archetype to Rank 10. Your best bet is to equip it on one of your characters while you’re going through the Regalith Grand Cathedral dungeon. Note that you don’t want to have someone as a Healer if you do the Belega Corridor, as the enemies found within don’t like that class and you’ll make your life more difficult if you do use someone as one.

The Regalith Grand Cathedral is a very long dungeon, so you will have plenty of opportunity to just level up Healer in there. The Healer learns Medi at Rank 3, which is a party-wide heal, as well as Patra at Rank 5 (heals status ailments). So, the Healer is very good, but they can be a little squishy, so put them in the back row for combat. Once you reach Rank 10, return to More to finish the side quest.
More’s Task: Foreword and Prologue Rewards¶
The rewards you gain from this side quest are simple, as you will receive x3 Hero’s Incenses. Additionally, you will gain four points towards your Imagination Royal Virtue, as well as unlock the next side quest from More, titled More’s Task Chapter One: Ordeal.
