Cooking plays a large role in Metaphor: ReFantazio, not only are some of the recipes you can cook extremely potent and make a huge difference in battle, but you can unlock the King of Cuisine Trophy/Achievement for cooking every recipe. Where to Get Every Ingredient¶
As you progress through the adventure, you’ll gain access to more areas that will give you access to new ingredients. You will need all of these in some capacity to cook every recipe and you’ll want more of them for some food to take into the toughest battles.
