From the Forward Station near Kadara Slums follow the road northwest past an Outcast/Collective camp until you spot an elevated structure north of the road. Drive up onto a ledge running parallel to the road to reach these structures and enter the eastern-most building (the lower of the two) to find a Turian named Thrasia, who has a deal to make with you. When the exiles fled the Nexus, they took some quality gear with them, weapons that shouldn’t be in the hands of any Outcast or pirate that digs them up, but also weapons she can’t sell without getting ripped off by Sloane. That being the case, she’s willing to sell you the navpoint to the weapons cache, to do with as you please. Accept to start this quest, after which she’ll also show you her wares. Of particular interest is the Shield Reset Bonus Nomad Mod, and the Kett Shuttle Module .
The cache whose location you just bought is located in the southwestern corner of the map, just northeast of a Point of Interest. Maneuver around one of Kadara’s many toxic lakes, park the Nomad and make the final bit of distance to the navpoint on foot, where you’ll find some shipping crates behind some large, porous boulders. As you approach your prize, however, a dropship will land and deploy a mixed squad of exiles. Exterminate them, then claim your prize - a “Cache” - from one shipping crate, then plunder the other one for a variety of lesser containers.
Time to go pay Thrasia a visit. Despite her apparent duplicity, the loot she mentioned was indeed where she said it was, meaning she either fundamentally misunderstands the concept of setting somebody up, or you misjudged her motivations. Return to the wind farm and confront the treacherous Turian to get an answer that’s not entirely innocent, and not quite damning. Turns out she didn’t set you up, she just never said she was selling you the navpoint exclusively. After Ryder whines she’ll relent and give you a discount at her store, and this quest will end, netting you 29 AVP, +2% Kadara viability and 530 XP.
