Armor made for Sun-King Avad’s personal guard. Ring-locked Vanguard steel is renowned for its durability and strength in melee combat.
How to Get the Oseram Vanguard¶

You can purchase the Oseram Vanguard Outfit from the Stitcher who has setup camp in Legacy’s Landfall. You’ll need a Snapmaw Circulator which is an Uncommon Drop from Ravagers and a Large Machine Core which drops from large machines, such as a Tremortusk.
