This is a walkthrough for the Errand, Horizon Forbidden West. It’ll navigate you through the necessary steps to finding Wild Meat, Bitter Leafs and a Corrupted Metal Panel.

To cook in Chainscrape needs supplies and equipment to keep up with his customers’ demands
Objectives¶
Speak with Milduf¶
Once you first reach Chainscrape settlement, walk into the large building in the center and speak with Milduf who can be found cooking up some delicious food. Unfortunately, he doesn’t have the necessary amount of supplies available to keep cooking, so he requests that you go out and collect five pieces of Wild Meat and three Bitter Leafs.
Where to Gather Bitter Leaf¶
Exit the building and head across the wooden bridge to the northeast of the settlement to find Bitter Leafs around the water.
Where to Gather Wild Meat¶
Continue further east from where you collected the Bitter Leafs and you’ll find several Boars walking around. If you struggle to see them, then hold in R3 to activate your focus and you’ll see their outline from a distance. Approach them whilst crouched and line up your arrow for a headshot in order to secure the kill.

Where to find Corrupted Metal Panel¶
Travel northeast until you reach the Scrounger Site, then you’ll want to look out for Scavenger Scrap Piles which can be found all over. Once you’ve located one, wait for the nearby Scroungers to move away, then move it and collect the Corrupted Metal Panel before retreating. However, the Corrupted Metal Panel isn’t a guaranteed drop, so you may have to try multiple piles. Finally, return to the Chainscrape settlement when you have all the items and speak with Milduf.
